Eva has been shaping brands since 2001. The escalating chaos of our world drove her to create Oneness, a conscious business and management consulting office. Guiding organizations to truly live their brand with integrity from the inside out, Oneness supports business with foundational transformations to awaken to the profound power of alignment. She believes businesses, large and small hold the key to affect incredible change in our world.
Eva and her team have developed business models, financial planning, operating models, sales strategies, brand planning, design and cultural transformation for visionary people and their innovative brands since 2007. The team invites its clients into an evolving collective consciousness that values compassion and mission, while also delivering tangible value to all stakeholders to support organizations in their evolution to become more mindful of their actions and the experiences they create.
On the ground, Eva helps her clients gain the tools they need to shift and expand internally while galvanizing their diverse audiences. She brings her unique perspective to help brands intersect with their critical stakeholders while strengthening their social and commercial relevance. With a broad range of go-to-market experience, Eva has supported numerous Fortune 500s, start-ups, emerging brands and non-profits. She is an expert on wellness having working in this space since 2009.
Her awakening to the idea that business could change the world began after positioning some of the largest food companies in the world 20+ years ago. Highly sensitive, Eva became very sick and disconnected, and questioned the very nature of her work as a strategic brand planner. After the crash in 2008, she began practicing yoga, qigong and meditation daily to reconnect with herself, and heal a lifelong chronic illness that nearly took her life in her teens. This time of going inward unveiled our inherent connection to all life and finding ease in just being. Motherhood brought another wave of awakening and inspires her to pay closer attention to all the ways we can take care of one another.
Eva graduated from Parsons School of Design at The New School where she received her BBA in Design + Management with a focus on business and communication design. She has shared presentations of her work and thinking in the Harvard MBA program, Columbia MBA program, and Parsons School of Design. Eva is a full mesa carrier shaman within the Q’ero lineage, a Reiki Master in the Usui/Tibetan and Psychic lineages, a certified practitioner of the nine levels of Magical Awakening as well as a certified Clairvoyant. She has practiced yoga and meditation since 1997. Eva and her family live in the Hudson Valley in New York.
